Honestly who cares?
Horsepower is a DERIVED number, not a measured value. Torque is the only number that matters.

They do cross. The torque values are scaled higher (on the right), the hp is scaled on the left. At 5250 it is making roughly 275-280 torque and hp.

This would be correct. If you do the math it is because of the way the Tark and HP are scaled VERTICALLY
