The Yanks/Detroit game being suspended tonight sucks for the pitching matchup. I know when the Phils/Rays World Series game was suspended and both teams lost their best pitchers it really made a lot of fans mad on both sides. But in that game it was obvious rain was on the way. Tonight, it really popped up fast and wasn't really expected to be this bad. I'm surprised they even played the top of the 2nd the way the rain was coming down. Good thing nobody got injured in those conditions. You play 162 games to get to this point and you don't want to lose anybody because of bad weather but MLB needs to pull their head out of their
and stop risking injuries when this happens.
