Agreed. There have been several times that I went there to pick it up and they said it wasnt available. Do not call their main number. They are completely useless. Find out the phone number of the store you want to go to and schedule it with them.

I did what you are doing a handfull of times. In my opnion, its not worth it. By the time you drive to UHaul to pick up the trailer, pay for the rental, drive back to your house to get your car, and drive back to UHaul to drop off the trailer, its easier and cheaper to call a tow truck. I guess that is unless you are having it towed a great distance.

Call a few different tow companies and get quotes. I think there are even a few tow truck drivers on this board. Maybe one of them can cut you a deal?
