So if a older student witnesses my kid getting molested in the bathroom by an assistant coach at school, doesnt do anything but tells the head coach of football. The Head coach tells his boss and then nothing happens is that right? Isnt it the Head Coachs job/responsibility as a human to follow up especially since nothing has happend and you see the assistant coach every day? Paterno shouldnt go to jail but it was right that he got fired and that it will tarnish his legacy. My mom was a 3rd grade teacher and they got training on how to handle these situations. You tell your bosses but you also follow up. Paterno is the biggest name in State College. He basically was a God up there..
