You want rural or sub or urban? They are all available within 30 min of jamesburg. The more north and west you go, the more sub and urban it will get. The more south and east (until you hit the shore properties) it will be more rural. Monmouth and Burlington Co. taxes are a little less than Middlessex and Mercer. I am in west monmouth myself, love the rural area, just have to watch out for deer and turkeys
