I've got to say that every time I've gone to the Somerville DMV they have been great. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and competent. (Of course I make sure my paperwork is in order before going). I think they are really screwing up my perception of how awful the DMV really is.  |
They are pretty good as fas as DMVs go. I aways use Somerville, but before they remodeled it a few years ago, it was a closet. You couldn't fit more than 20 people in it and there were always 51 in line... It's much better now.
