its the plate that sits on the top of the throttle body, its powder coated ( i think ) black, with IROC-Z in silver on it, never been installed, asking $20 bucks think thats what they go for, also got some of the big plastic screws and screw nuts (these are brand new, and are discontinued ) for $12 bucks PM, reply here, or call/txt at 856 718 0844,
