I wouldn't meet there either lol. I was talking about RT. 440 in BAYONNE (the old Rt.169). Where I work, cars chill there all the time and cops don't bother them as long as everyones cool. Now you act wreckless and your on your own. I know where your talking about though, anyone who cares about their car wouldn't park it there.
