About 15k miles. When I did my forged bottom end, I sent the heads over to D&F and them rework the heads. They did a valve de-shroud, milled them to 61 cc's, touched up the runners, installed new valves, locks, retainers, and springs. Once I find my paper work from D&F I can post it and it has the info on flow #'s and spring pressures.
