well the town could spend money, or could make money by giving tickets to the drivers for not heeding the warning of the sign, and charge them any damage to the bridge....though from the looks of it, and knowing that wood and aluminum riveted holding those roofs on, I'm sure it barely makes a scratch in the side of it.
