it doesn't help that he never showed up in court to begin with, ignored the original order he was served with and the judge then looked over the evidence and found in my favor (since I had a signed contract with supporting documentation). He was served then with an information subpena which would have gave me all his financial and personal info, but he ignored that to and left the state it seems. If i can find him and get him served with contempt of court papers, then if he doesn't show or pay, he gets arrested.
