I think NJ Speeder still has the right idea, that maybe we start our own 'Car Themed' show, but I'd modify his idea, in that I'd like to know if anyone in this group has the skills necessary to produce a decent looking show, and if they do, then get it on regular Cable, not some rinky dink 'Public Access Channel.' Yeah, those other show are all about fantasy, but they hurt the hobby more than help it, by convincing everyone in 'John Q Public' land that we car hobbyists are all stinking rich, can afford whatever we want, and are an excellent source of cash when the Federal, State, and local governments need money. We could use something that shows the other face of our hobby, and in the process, cars we can relate to, not too mention something that shows just how hard some of us struggle to get and keep what little we have.
