youve got serious issues joe...but yes lots of tracks allow it...as well as snomobiles, and motorcycles, and atv's keep in mind there are lawnmower races and ive seen snowmobiles stomp a mudhole in more then one 4th gen v8 fbody....so to anwser your question probably...and furthermore it would be really funny if you raced him and lost
