SLP had nothing to do with GM to start "thinking" about performance.

A friend of the family's father works for SLP, and he was saying that he took a buy out because he didn't want to move to Michigan, so I don't believe SLP is staying in NJ.
My source told me that one of the reasons for the deal was to acquire SLP's GM supercharger stuff, on top of buying up a competitor for 'stang parts.
