Yeah it can be tedious to get the monitors to set. If anything, I would be some miles on the car then scan it while its still running. See if some of them set. Then shut it off and turn the key on, see if it is setting them to not ready again. 01 and newer can have 1 monitor not ready while 96-00 and older can have 2 not ready. Some of the drive cycles are tricky though and the evap monitor usually only runs between 1/4-3/4 tank.
