I would replace these.1993-1997 rear jounce bumper 10164173 part#
You would need the one for a 98 of course.
Also from slp Jounce Bumper. 80046 part#

The jounce bumber from slp fits between the factory jounce bumper.
Also when you put the bilstiens in with the lowered springs the car will not travel as much if at all.

Replace the stock jounce bumper and also buy the one from slp and this should allow you to run your 11" rims with 315s out back.

I know they have to same name but the jounce bumper from the factory is different from the one slp offers. You will need them both.

This doesn't mean you won't rub but it will help alot. I think it won't rub at all. I could be wrong.

Edit also you will need ajustable panhard rod like njspeeder said. You will need lower control arm relocation brakets. I have bmr weld ons they work well. I ran 1.7s 60' times after the relocation brakets 1.64 60'. They help alot.
