those bumber things are cheap and easy to install. Before giving up on your 11" rims I would try it. If your car is lowered you might need them anyway even with the 9.5 rims. They help for sure. I run 9.5 rim with 285/40/17 and lowered 1 1/4 inches. Without the slp jounce spacer it rubs. With them no rubbing.
