What Little G put up is good. Yes, 315/35/17 is very expensive. As long as you keep the 26.2 or whatever OD of the tire right, you shouldnt have to touch the speedo.
In all reality, you could just go with 245/275's. Still a LOT of tire, and saves you a lot of cash.
Which tire brand are you most fond of? Man...I sound like Im at work!
I can get pretty much any tire out there, but I always suggest BFG's.
A good set of KDW's would be good for you. Great dry traction as well as some wet.
D- Dry
W- Wet
If this is your all year driver, I suggest KDWS's. I dont know how big you can go with them. Id have to check it out.
