I know, the HOA sucks, but idk if I can afford a home. I'd need to pay mortgage, taxes, maintain it. I might just have to rent a garage and store my toys.

It's tough not packing a space with stuff once you have more room. We thought our place was huge compared to the apartment we moved out of. haha your dad and mine have total opposite mindsets... it is a shame, my father has so many cool cars we could have been restoring/driving but its all just going to waste. he is going to turn 72 in november :\ I want to get SOMETHING running before he is too old to drive
