They're out there.
The 1Gen CTS cars have a 5x114.3 pattern, but since (by comparison) there are a ton of more option in the 5x120 pattern, guys would get hubcentric spacers to accomodate the difference, and run 5x120 wheels without any highway vibrations.
If it would make your life easier though, just sell me the brakes and you won't have any of this stuff to worry about... Birthday's coming up!
