OH WOW! You found it!! Yeah those are the instructions that I used... I didn't get it from that site though. Must have been someone else that just put up the info.
But yeah, those directions and pictures are very helpful. Definitely don't buy another GM window motor; get the stock one from Car Parts (or carparts.com). There is a good warranty (actually it might have been a lifetime warranty, can't remember) on it, and they give you a $10 credit back if you turn in the old motor (so they can refurbish it).
