Insurance must meet the state minimum. But that's it.
A word of caution though:
The NJ DMV has been cracking down on "modified QQ" cars, so be prepared to get into a fight if it doesn't look stock... or should I say look like the stock photos on Google Images. I think they gave Bear **** about his RS front end.
