I wouldn't even think about a Vermont truck without someone sending some really good pictures of the underside. This truck came out of NY and it has some noticeable rust. But being 5 years old, it isn't too deep yet. A 96-98 in Vermont is a really scary thought!
I would get some good pictures. I did a quick wipedown on it today after swapping the wheels/tires yesterday. The fronts sit where I want them but the rears are tucked in a little farther than I would like. The lift kit pushes out the front wheels at least 1-1/2".
