To be honest the worst spots were where hot truck tires were turned in place  . The floor is not perfect but it's much better than bare concrete or sealer.

Well the sparks are the least of my worries. How about steel severed with a torch or bolts burned off with a torch? Does it hold up to that? If so, this might be something to do sooner rather than later.
