Common rot spots on the 67-69 fbody that I've seen:
Around windshield.
trunk area; be sure to check shock mounts to the trunk pan too.
rockers,quarters, floor pans.
the inside door sill (back half to rear quarter) and the inside part that is covered by the panel on the inside of the rear quarter.
