disregard everything in gray. The top-most port is the PCV valve, and should go to the intake manifold.

I've butchered up a diagram & put it in the OP, to show what we're working with. I've also attached it to this post.

Feel free to brainstorm with me here, because I'm ignorant to all of this, but here's what I was thinking:

Connect the Elbow on the Passenger Side Valve Cover to the Upper Throttle Body port.
Connect 1 of the barb fittings on the Can to the vacuum port on the passenger side of the Intake Manifold, located right behind the throttle body.
Connect the other barb fitting on the Can to the 5/16" Driver's Side Valve Cover hole at the rear of the Driver's side cover. **EDIT** THIS LAST ONE IS WRONG, as Paul mentions.

Is this what I should do? Thanks.
