So the question is paint & sell, wrap & sell, sell as-is or part out? If so I'd vote 3 or 4.

Don't put $4k into a car worth $8-9k just to sell it. So I think that eliminates paint & wrap, unless you can get the clear reshot cheaper. But I doubt it once you get past proper prep. A a buyer wrap would reduce value due to its potential lack of longevity and the old what are you hiding aspect.

With bad paint but otherwise nice I guess that is a $4k-$6k car? Maybe the other guys will chime in on current prices. It's not a special car I guess but SS does help a bit (some kind of rare collectors edition, etc), and it's modded.

I don't know if the part out market is as good as it once was. It is very likely worth more in parts, but then you have all the added nuisance of parting a car out. Time, hassle, parts all over the place, etc.
