the problem with the clear coat peeling is it needs allot of hand work sanding/filling, i painted mine myself and came out pretty good but without a paint booth it can only be done in the spring or summer and will always get a little dust is it but with a good wet sanding and buffing it looks great.
Factory colors are expensive, standard colors are much cheaper, i spent less than $400. in materials for mine and still have enough to paint 2 more cars.
