My girlfriend did more talking and I did more research. Apparently Ford Roadside Assistance is covered by a third party.
My girlfriend was told that the dealership can advocate for her and then ford will reimburse my girlfriend for the tow... but she has to foot the bill. Issue is she is in west orange
. Dealership is Flemington. They have been great to her regarding the issues at hand.
