All rims are wheels, but not all wheels are rims (or maybe I am wrong). I'd rather call a wheel a wheel than call it a rim because wheel is more accurate.

And anything South of Central (like Trenton) is South Jersey. So you drive from South Jersey to Central Jersey for work. I drive from Central Jersey to North Jersey for work. It's not as complicated or confusing as you are trying to make it. Just like Rim=Wheel.
