If he didn't make it look so intentionally he woulda gotten away with it. It's all part of the game really. Noe he shouldn't have slapped at it like that, but if it really was knocked out in his normal running motion, fair game
I just don't understand why Jeter had to go back to first, when on the play he would have been to 2nd. I'm guessing when it's interference no runners advance? Even if Arod was tagged out, Jeter would be on 2nd. Oh well.
