1-5/8" to 3" stainless steel longtube non-emission headers with 3/8" flanges and a custom, full 3" ypipe with magnaflow spun catalytic converters and magnaflow 3" to 3" high flow merge.
These headers had NO fitment issues and have plenty of clearance for the taller oil filter. I switched to larger headers with ORY. This setup was made to maximize ground clearance performs/sounds great!
Only issue is I originally had vband welded in but they always leaked, so I welded them shut and used band clamps but would recommend something else since that leaked too.

Can include like new Delphi o2 sensors
