1 inch = 2.54cm or 24.5 mm

7.3cm x 8.1cm = 2.87" x 3.19" (approx)
5cm x 11cm = 1.97" x 4.33" (approx)
4.5mm = 0.18" (or 3/16")

For a 5 1/2" gas pedal, you need something around 14cm.
