You can race until your heart is content!
That's going to be a personal preference thing based on each individual. I'll probably be in for 3 or 4 races, and I'm sure I won't be alone. There will be others than only do 1 or 2 races, and some that do none at all.
For reference, each race is ~10 minutes long. They allow up to 7 people on the track at a time. There's limited down time between races--as soon as one race is over, they have the next group ready to go on.
