if k10 is in small font, it might be part of a Vin. But K plant is Kansas city and they only built chevelles. The block still could be a 4 bolt main 350/300 out of a 70 chevelle, not too shabby, but not worth what a 69 DZ 302 would be

. Drop the pan and check for 4 bolts and get the casting number off the crank.
