See above. Applying is the last step. The database look up and plate preview come prior to applying for the actual plate.

For the record, they rejected my first application on the basis of 0 vs O, i didn't bother appealing. I submitted another application for a different plate & was approved. It took about 6 weeks between ordering and receipt. |
just figured that out last night. applied for it i guess i will find out next week if approved if not got a couple other ideas
