Alright, attempting to give the info right here...
Two 16x8 5 spoke stock aluminum rims w/ center caps, no lugnuts (they were locking sets so one had to be cut off each, the others i dunno where they went). One tire has a Goodyear Eagle RS-A 225/60/16 (H rated? or higher) thats in very good condition, almost new. Rims look a lot newer than 7 years, not much damage at all besides a little bit of everyday driving wear and tear, and a little curb rash on the rim with the tire.
