Not if you pay it right away before any of the mail goes out

. They then don't bother reporting it, I found this out the hard way. Although there was another ticket I got in Ohio that I sat on but didn't get any points. I wonder what happened there.
PA sucks, it's a long ass drive through the state and their tickets/points transfer to NJ, same with NY.
