I need a window/wall/trim in a bathroom repaired and or replaced.
A dumb layout put the window in the tub/shower surround and now a trim/sill piece has rotted and fallen off. Also has some ant damage. Not sure how extensive. Tiling work may be needed too.


I'm going over there to take a look later today and I'll take some pictures as well. Bathroom dates to at least the late 60's.


Looking to get this fixed asap and could also have a bunch more work available.
