Best steaks I've had are at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse down in Weehawken. Pricey, but phenomenal. For Italian food, try Rudy's in Cliffside Park, or Andiamo in Closter. My wife and I are planning to check out this Italian restaurant in Bogota that is supposed to be awesome. When we do, I'll post the review.

My wife sez they usually call it a sorbet (pronounced Sor-Bay) here. She's not sure if there is an Italian translation for it. That's the one that looks like it's inside a frozen orange, right?
