I think its a Romeo block (like Romeo & Juliet)
Engine: 4.6-liter/280.0 cu.-in. DOHC 32v V8 (Similiar to the 99-02 Cobras, minus the shaker hood)
And the car is Alfa Romeo (Ro-MEy-O)
