i take 50% responsibility for that
...i had a 3" harwood cowl hood, and when i sold it i cut a stock z28 hood i had and put a blower style scoop through it. Then the kid i sold the car to had someone put that scoop cover on it(its removeable, lol)...and now the new owner Tony, got the car that way.
