Yes, 4th Gen Monsoon systems have the system you're describing. Do a search on "Monsoon CD" on Ebay just to get an idea of what you're looking for. Here's one I just found today -

Yes. If you buy the GM cables, you can adapt a factory CD changer that matches that headunit with no problem.
