Before you go throwing money around. Let's work with what you have. the Holley wont do much for you except kill your fuel consumption. It can even cause more problems. If you want, bring the car down and we can go through it. The stock HEI and Qjets do a good job when set up properly. Regarding the distributor, I have them put on a machine and recurve them accordingly. The kits you by are junk. trust me. Once we have that solved, we can move to the carb. Sad to say, but its a step by step procedure for best results. I have the tools and parts for carb rebuilds. I can get parts w/in a few days if needed. It will def be quicker than 8 months.

since your lift is no where near 0.600", what are the flow #'s from 0.100" through 0.500"
