I realize it is beating a Dead Horse to Death, but with all the preparations and work that goes into this meeting, that by the time most of the cars get set up and then going around and voting for your favorites and talking with other club members, it is all over in about 4 hours. The real downside to some of the voting, is that cars at the tail end of the line(to get in)will have to work their ass off just to set up, and if people that get there earlier do their voting walk, they could miss cars that pull in late. Not everybody has a 15 minute trip to get to Island. For some of us, it may take WELL over an hour or more. Don't mean to sound negative but for a lot of us it's the one time we all get a chance to get together and by the time it gets going, it's OVER!
