Thanks, I started to sand it with the DA (40 grit) but switched to paint stripper because it is much easier. The stripper is great because you don't have to deal with the dust. However, you do have other things to worry about. You need a good pair of gloves, a mask and a properly vented area, it is very potent. Temp has to be around 70* for optimal results. for the floor pans, frame, suspension parts and rusty areas I sand blasted them. You still have some sanding to do after the stripper if there was body work done to it before, it does not peel the bondo off.
