Bumper Bracket Replacement

Factory bumper supports are welded to frame horns, and they are all jacked up. 2005 2500HD GMC

Option 1: Get truck on rack to pull things back to stock (if thats even an option)

Option 2: Grind off weld, remove jacked up supports and bolt on new ones via RA (http://www.rockauto.com/en/cart/?a=R...le.com+URL+%2F)

Thoughts? Obviously option 2 worries me with getting the brackets aligned to where factory had em, but I can do that operation in driveway.
