Rewiring Car

Yes, this is illogical.

Now that we have that out of the way. Been giving serious thought to ripping all the electrical out of my car and starting over from semi scratch.

Goal would be to clean up the years of me "learning" as I go and working to "budgets" over the years. Also would remove the unused ABS/ASR/TCS/Airbag stuff left throughout the car. Getting a working radio system would be a huge perk as well.

Basis of rewire would be to maintain factory mechanical interface, so turn signal stalk, horn, headlight switch etc but run new wires to a device like this.

Other than running new wire from each corner light and then figuring out wiring under the dash, it seems... easy? [cluster and engine interface harness wise are going to disappear from this half of the car equation wise]

Thinking of tackling it this winter, so thoughts, opinions etc are welcome.
