Was it black or grayish blue? Black is rich, grayish blue is oil, white is sweet sweet antifreeze. I don't care what the sensor thinks. To read such a small fluctuation would be very difficult imo. You should log it and see what the factory short term and long term fuel trims are when the issue occurs. MAF would be good too.

I feel like it can be tough to see what the exhaust is putting out from the driver seat, personal opinion.
