haha ok let me run it down.

In gear, accelerating, vibration does not exist.

In gear, decel, vibration is KINDA there but not very noticable.

In gear, clutch pedal down, vibration is bad.

Neutral, clutch pedal down, vibration is same as above.

Neutral, clutch pedal up, vibration is the same as the above 2.

turning engine on or off doesn't change anything

I have read that the output shaft bushing? may cause a vibration. I swapped transmissions and it didn't change. I've also had 2 spec clutches in. new flywheel too...
